Now following this trend, a group of young film makers are planning to make one in Malayalam with cutting edge graphics and thrilling stunt sequences. The movie named ‘D -17’ will be directed by Manu and features a group of newcomers in technical sections.

‘D-17’ will feature ‘Pranayakalam' fame Ajmal Ameer and Sandhya in the lead roles with able support from Bollywood star Atul Kulkarni in a pivotal supporting character.

The man who was behind the stunning action scenes and special effects of films such as ‘Anniyan’, ‘Shivaji’, and ‘Dhoom’, Peter Hain will create the stunning visual effects for the film. This most famous stunt master of Bollywood, will be working for the first time for a Malayalam film.
